BELIZE CITY, Belize: Belize Prime Minister, Dean Barrow, a few days before hosting an important CARICOM conference, has removed his Minister of Youth, Sports, Information and Broadcasting, Marcel Cardona. No reason was given by the Prime Minister's office for Cardona's removal.
