KINGSTON, Jamaica (JIS) -- It is still unclear, said Assistant Secretary General Albert Ramdin, whether Cuba will rejoin the Organisation of American States (OAS), despite passage of a resolution last Wednesday removing a 47-year ban, during the OAS General Assembly in San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
