GEORGETOWN, Guyana -- Guyana Health Minister, Dr Leslie Ramsammy has threatened to revoke the licences of private hospitals in Georgetown which still collect blood although they were instructed not to do so. The minister explained that the Health Ministry cannot monitor all private health facilities.
