CARACAS, Venezuela (Bloomberg) -- Showa Denko KK, Kobe Steel Ltd, Sumitomo Chemical Co. and three more Japanese companies await talks with Venezuela’s government as they seek to sell their share of an aluminum smelter in the South American country. The companies initially decided to leave Venezuela in 2006.
