BRADES, Montserrat: The Ministry of Youth Affairs, Culture, Tourism and Sports (MYACTS), is slated to donate $270,000 for the 2008 Montserrat Festival. The Permanent Secretary for MYACTS said, "Hundreds of Montserratians are expected to return home to celebrate with their friends and family."
