SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico: All four gubernatorial candidates will have their last chance to convince voters as to why they should be elected at the November 4 elections, on Thursday night in their last televised debate slated to air at 8 p.m. This will be the third televised debate for all four gubernatorial candidates.
