CASTRIES, St Lucia: Preliminary figures released by the St Lucia Tourist Board show that the number of tourist stopover arrivals, that is visitors staying 24 hours or more, fell by 11 percent in September 2008, to 15,149 visitors, compared with 17,064 visitors who arrived in September 2007.
